Responsibilities
Review Credit Memo to determine all terms and conditions which need to be met in order to close the loan.
Work with Lender, LDS, Borrower, escrow/title and outside counsel to collect and review all due diligence items.
Enter loan information in Etran and submit loan for issuance of PLP and Terms and Conditions.
Prepare loan documents using Laser Pro.
Answer questions from internal and external resources and provide support by communication to all parties as needed
Order all required reports, including but not limited to:
Business Evaluations
Appraisal Orders
Site Inspections
EDR, Phase 1, Phase 2 orders
Spot issues which may arise and work with appropriate parties to resolve.
Prior to closing loan, work with QC to resolve all deficiencies and issues.
Keep status of loan updated in Hubspot.
Participate in weekly pipeline management calls and provide status on loans assigned to you.
Crosstrain on CORE Small Loan Closings (loans up to $500,000.00).
Assists the department as needed in the servicing of the bank’s SBA loan portfolio or in responding to audit issues.
Work with the Post-Closing Department to ensure all collateral is perfected.
Internal / External Customer Service: Resolve any problems, issues or questions, both verbally and in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction and to maintain productive relationships with other bank staff / departments.
May perform other duties as necessary
Adheres to policy & procedure of SBA Department and must comply with BSA/AML/OFAC regulations and guidelines

Required
High school diploma or GED
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to prioritize deadlines and work independently
Ability to manage client relationships and processes
Ability to enter loan information in Etran
Laser Pro experience
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree
Five to eight years of SBA closing/packaging experience, or related experience
Proficient in SBA closing processes and procedures
