Responsibilities
Processing Servicing Requests
Identifying and gathering supporting documentation and information
Reviewing and/or negotiating SBA Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan documents
Protecting the bank’s interest
Providing management of a loan portfolio from the time the loans are approved until pay-off or maturity
Partnering with Relationship Managers as the primary liaison with attorneys, construction consultants and title company representatives during all phases of financing and closing

Required
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically, three to five years of experience in commercial real estate loan administration, OR at least seven years of transferable experience in commercial loan administration
Preferred
Thorough knowledge of SBA and commercial real estate lending including transactions secured by multiple collateral properties
Demonstrated ability to close commercial real estate loans
Thorough knowledge of commercial real estate finance, and documentation
Ability to meet the requirements to be commissioned as a Notary Public
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel)
Knowledge of nCino preferred
Proficiency in AFS a plus
