Responsibilities

Balance, analyze, and solve daily cash collection variances in SBO using data from ILS, SQL, and Excel.

Assist with control reporting to ensure data within SBO is accurate and complete and in alignment with Servicing Director.

Communicate with business users and vendors to make necessary coding updates to ensure SBO reports are correct.

Intercept daily requests from investors and internal business clients to review, analyze, and potentially update the system based on the request.

Perform daily analysis of complex loan-level variances validating company system of record for loan servicing and the SBO 2000 database.

Manage and compile advance management process including review and feedback to internal business partners.

Utilize experience in SQL coding, Advanced Excel, SBO logic, Business Requirement Documentation, SSRS reporting, analytics, database management, data visualization, PowerPoint, accounting, project management, and the servicing system of record.

Required

Related degree, experience, and skills
