Responsibilities
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot SCCM for software deployment, patching, and compliance settings.

Provide Level 2/3 support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices within the organization.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components on desktops and laptops.
Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, device drivers, and application compatibility.
Implement and manage security policies on desktops, ensuring compliance with company standards.
