Responsibilities
Assist in scheduling complex activities and meetings for the team.
Maintain and update electronic and hard-copy records with precision and organization.
Provide clerical support such as answering calls, taking meeting minutes, and preparing presentations.
Collaborate on various scheduling projects involving faculty, residents, and other stakeholders.
Utilize strong computer skills to manage databases and scheduling software effectively.
Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
