Responsibilities
Ensures adherence to and participates in scheduling practices that meet the needs of our patients and the organization
Assesses and determines department staffing needs using platform reporting analytics, patient scheduling behavior, and established provider availability
Updates scheduling guidelines, with direction from DCO, and ensures compliance by clinical providers, communicating with providers on unmet needs, errors in scheduling, and avoidance of overtime.
Conducts timekeeping practices ensuring consistent adherence to policies across all departments
Ensures timely posting / notification of vacant positions that includes an analysis of the current need
Consistently documents accurate information in ADP Workforce Now
Compiles data and prepares regularly scheduled or special reports, analyses and statements, in particular productivity reports and scorecards
Continually expands knowledge and expertise in the provider availability process and ADP application
Provides excellent customer service to all customers, fostering an environment of teamwork, high productivity and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation
Monitors and maintains staff schedules; reviews and verifies employee records, transfers payroll hours as directed, and informs Director, Clinical Operations of any discrepancies
Serves on committees, works on special projects, and conducts audits for continuous improvement opportunities
May assist in the orientation and training of new employees related to scheduling and timekeeping
Performs other related projects and duties as assigned

Required
High School Diploma
Experience in staffing, scheduling and/or payroll
Ability to work in time sensitive situations and handle potentially stressful work situations
Must be very organized and detail oriented
Remote office environment
Preferred
College degree in business or healthcare administration
Previous administrative or professional office experience
