Responsibilities
Support distribution characterization and testing of packaging configurations for standard primary packaging components and medical device-combination products.
Conduct hands-on experimentation and testing using standard and fit-for-purpose characterization methods.
Document results in laboratory notebooks and technical reports.
Provide support for other CPDA project work as needed.

Required
BS or MS Degree in Automated Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or equivalent
Prior hands-on lab experience in academic or industrial laboratory setting
Personality: Flexible, adaptable, collaborative, team player, attention to detail and technically curious
Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail skills
Proven ability to work independently
Must be physically capable of lifting up to 35 pounds
Software: MS Office (Word, Excel), ELN
Preferred
Experience working in a laboratory/role directly supporting packaging distribution testing
Experience with packaging testing and characterization
Familiarity with standard package distribution testing methods (e.g. ISTA, ASTM)
