Responsibilities

Primary POC to senior customers for all architecture/technology roadmaps

Accountable for meeting all engineering architecture objectives (ex. common platforms that can scale effectively)

Guide the engineering teams across the full scope of the contract to mitigate high probability/impact project risks

Responsible for the life cycle management plan and avoidance of IT/tool incompatibility (ex. OS versions)

Guide a DevSecOps Agile multi-disciplined set of teams and work closely with customers to accelerate mission/IT innovation

Collaborate across industry and stay ahead of the technology curve to provide value-added recommendations to the customer for digital transformation

Responsible for providing recommendations to the customer for cost savings (ex. remove technical debt)

Required

BS degree and 16+ years of experience leading successful large scale engineering DoD programs with knowledge of USSOUTHCOM IT as well as strong presentation/teamwork/communication skills

Fully adjudicated TS security clearance with SCI eligibility

Preferred

One of the following certifications: active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management, or Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC P/PM) Level 3

Certifications as required in DoD 8570 Baseline Information Assurance Technical (IAT)-II level

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

AWS Cloud certification
