Responsibilities

Correct and resolve highly complex techno-functional problems.

Provide customer service on a technical and functional level to drive complete resolution of each service incident.

Advise on complex use of Oracle products.

Resolve highly critical customer issues and serve as Situation Manager.

Collaborate with management to direct resolution of critical customer situations.

Achieve knowledge transfer with teammates through formal team training sessions.

Promote the technical and professional development of others through formal mentoring.

Create and review Knowledge Articles.

Required

8+ years hands-on implementation/support experience

Techno Functional consultant (50% Functional + 50% Technical) in Fusion Area

Good understanding of business flows and processes

Excellent analytical and debugging skills for problem solving

Good written and spoken English communication skills

At least 1 to 2 Oracle Fusion SCM implementations or Support exposure with hands-on experience in 2 to 3 of the following modules: Fusion SCM, Fusion Procurement, Fusion Inventory

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
