Responsibilities

Provide technical support for costing of incoming projects through external and internal vendors, answering technical/engineering-related questions.

Support the search for new vendors for various materials and services.

Create Purchase Orders and coordinate with global Supply Chain Management for timely arrival of components.

Handle logistics, tracking, and transport concerns for incoming parts.

Coordinate with freight forwarders and ensure timely receipt of materials into the system.

Collaborate with Project Management to update project schedules.

Support Material Master creation in SAP and assist colleagues when required.
