Responsibilities
Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
Create detailed documentation, including process flows, SIPOC diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications.
Support project delivery by participating in testing, training, and implementation activities.
Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, use case diagrams, requirement traceability).
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
Familiarity with Palantir Foundry is a plus.
