Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.
Coach and Mentor: Educate teams on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and productivity.
Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve blockers or challenges that could hinder progress.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Promote reflection and adaptation to enhance team efficiency and workflow.
Develop and Implement QA Processes: Define and enforce quality assurance standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Conduct Quality Audits & Peer Reviews: Perform regular assessments to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards. Ensure all deliverables meet high quality standards.

Required

Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Quality Manager, with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks and quality assurance principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills for identifying inefficiencies and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and create a positive, collaborative environment.

Preferred

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
QA-related certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Six Sigma) are a plus.
Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities or similar systems is a strong advantage.
