Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile practices within development teams and guide them through Scrum ceremonies.

Remove impediments and ensure continuous improvement in Agile practices.

Work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to apply the Scrum framework effectively.

Foster a collaborative and productive environment to enable teams to achieve high performance.

Drive the success of projects and ensure timely delivery of innovative solutions.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field

3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors

Demonstrated proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies

Proven ability to lead and motivate Agile teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress

Commitment to continuous improvement and a track record of implementing process improvements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams

Demonstrated goal orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving, displaying creativity, independence, efficiency, and attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, managing multiple assignments effectively

Upholding high standards of professionalism fosters a culture of excellence and integrity within the workplace, contributing to a positive and respectful work environment

Confidence in utilizing Microsoft Office and Agile-specific software tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
