Responsibilities
Facilitate daily zoom meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings
Coach team members on Agile principles and practices
Remove impediments to the team's progress and escalate issues when necessary
Track and report on team velocity and progress towards sprint goals
Work closely with product owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog

Required
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
2+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices
