Responsibilities
Facilitate sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, bug scrubs and retrospectives for alignment and accountability.
Conduct regular backlog refinement sessions, ensuring tasks are prioritized, detailed, and aligned with goals.
A forward-looking plan projecting sprint goals and resource requirements to support strategic planning.
Ongoing metrics tracking team velocity, sprint completion rates, and impediment resolution.
Regular summaries of progress, sprint updates, and key changes for stakeholders.
Brief reports summarizing daily progress, blockers, and upcoming tasks for efficient communication and issue resolution.
