Responsibilities

Develop and manage Product Backlog, Release and Sprint Planning along with conducting Scrum meetings under the consultative direction from the management.

Assist project manager to develop manage and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, risk, deliverables and resources.

Understand web-based application development and industry trends.

Manage, monitor, and motivate the cross-functional team assigned to the project.

Reporting on burning down sprint charts and team velocity with resource allocation and story points planning.

Required

Hold a CS degree.

Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

The candidate must be a good people manager.

JIRA, Azure Dev Ops or other Agile Project Management tools experience is a must.

Preferred

Scrum Master Certification is highly desirable.
