Responsibilities
Lead Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Planning.
Provide leadership and guidance to the analytics team on Agile principles and Scrum practices. Ensures the team adheres to Agile practices.
Identify obstacles that hinder the analytics team’s progress towards sprint goals.
Make recommendations to the analytics team and stakeholders for solutions to obstacles.
Foster a collaborative team culture by encouraging open communication, transparency, accountability, and a focus on delivering value to stakeholders.
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to the analytics team and stakeholders as needed.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the Agile process and increase efficiency and quality of analytics development.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Must be able to work without sponsorship or restrictions, now or in the future
Experience as a Scrum Master or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
Demonstrated understanding of the Agile framework and its core principles
Track record for effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution
Demonstrated knowledge of analytics development processes and methodologies
Proficient in Microsoft office products: MS Word, Outlook, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus
Ability to travel away from home location up to 25% of time
