Responsibilities

Facilitate all Agile Ceremonies: Leading daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Responsible for ensuring they are effective, focused on teams’ needs.

Agile Coaching: Mentor teams and individuals on Scrum and Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

Team Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with product owners, developers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. Encourage open communication, trust and accountability.

Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for Scrum teams, ensuring visibility into progress and helping teams improve their velocity, quality, and delivery.

Facilitate Product Backlog Management: Assist Product Owners in managing the backlog and ensuring that items are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for the upcoming sprint.

Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by guiding the team to reflect on processes and outcomes, identifying areas for enhancement, and driving incremental changes.

Risk Management: Anticipate potential risks and challenges, and proactively work with teams to address them, minimizing the impact on delivery timelines and team morale.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring expectations are clear and that teams are aligned with project goals.

Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
