Responsibilities
Collect, capture, and perform requirements analysis.
Document and communicate the results of efforts, including Requirements Backlog, Test Cases, Release Notes, etc.
Write user stories to support development and deployment.
Facilitate the gathering of business-focused requirements to support a product team and product owner in defining the backlog.
Assist in handling Application Service Tickets.
Assist in writing/reviewing procedural documents for the management of the project and personnel.
Work with Product Owners and users to determine operational objectives of business needs and elicit requirements.
Focus requirements gathering on improved usability, user experience, and driving user adoption and engagement.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Serve as a liaison between the development team, stakeholders, and users.
Perform as the primary or backup Scrum Master.

Required
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Excellent documentation skills.
Experience with the Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence).
Experience with Agile and Scrum and Kanban frameworks
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience. In absence of years of experience, certifications or past work may be used to show the level of experience needed to perform at this level.
