Responsibilities

Actively guide the Scrum team on how to use Agile practices and principles.

Coach, inspire, and mentor teams to ensure effective collaboration within and across teams.

Recognize areas of strength and improvement within the team and apply appropriate coaching techniques.

Model Agile empowering behavior to support the organization's transformation to Agile working.

Facilitate team-level scrum events using Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

Build effective alliances across teams and technical/business communities.

Contribute to advancing Agile practices within the team and organization.

Ensure Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.

Required

Bachelor's degree required.

1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or a similar Agile role applying Agile principles and practices is an advantage.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.

Physical product experience and/or product development background a plus.

An understanding of product design process desired.

Motivated to work in an Agile, dynamic workplace and cross-functional team.

Experience in leading people through influence with the ability to earn trust while challenging the team to improve and operate outside of its comfort zone.

Risk management and conflict resolution skills.

Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
