Responsibilities

Facilitates and leads the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) effort by conveying the agile vision to a Kanban delivery team.

Outlining and prioritizing work based on program initiatives and business value.

Coordinate and monitor the Scrum process from initiation through delivery.

Educate the team on best practices and tools.

Serve as liaisons between the product owner, O&M team, cross functional teams, and management to ensure all targets and requirements are met.

Ensure process standardization of all Scrum events to include but not limited to: Sprint Planning Meetings, Daily Stand-up Meetings, Reviews and Retrospectives.

Maintain product backlog and facilitate productivity by removing impediments, resolving conflicts, and constantly seeking efficient and effective process improvement.

Preserves flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes.

Collaborate with other Scrum Masters within the program to share knowledge and best practices.
