Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlog items and align with project goals.
Identify and remove impediments, fostering continuous improvement.
Coach teams on Agile principles, promoting self-organization and cross-functionality.
Track Agile metrics like velocity and burndown charts, sharing updates with stakeholders.
Act as a servant-leader, fostering transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and enhance organizational agility.

Required
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1) required.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification preferred.
