Responsibilities
Serves as the Scrum Master for one or more agile teams responsible for developing and maintaining the go-to-market technology stack.
Facilitates agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that the team adheres to agile principles and practices.
Empowers the team to self-organize and make decisions, removing obstacles and impediments to progress as needed.
Fosters collaboration and communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on goals and priorities.
Encourages a culture of continuous improvement within the team, facilitating discussions on process improvements and best practices.
Tracks and reports on key agile metrics such as sprint velocity, burndown charts, and team performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Manages stakeholder expectations and ensures alignment between the development team and business stakeholders, facilitating communication and negotiation as needed.

Required
Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required.
Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of related experience, required. Including experience serving as a Scrum Master or agile coach, preferably in a technology development environment.
Strong industry knowledge with an understanding of agile principles and practices and the ability to implement Scrum or other agile methodologies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and foster collaboration within teams.
Expert organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Technical acumen with ability to utilize release management and agile tools and technologies such as Jira, Gitlab, and Asana.
Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
Preferred
Certified Scrum Master certification, preferred.
9+ years of related experience, preferred.
