Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum events such as sprints, sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Coach teams and the organization on Scrum adoption.
Elicit, analyze, document, and manage requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Groom backlogs, prioritize tasks, and plan roadmaps.
Guide and facilitate the team through the Agile process.
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
Solve complex problems and provide pragmatic solutions.
Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Required
Proficiency in using Azure Boards for planning, tracking, and discussing work across teams
Experience in configuring and managing Jira projects, workflows, screens, permissions, and schemes
Ability to create and maintain dashboards, reports, and filters for team visibility
Competence in integrating Jira with other tools and plugins to enhance project management capabilities
Skilled in creating and organizing Confluence spaces and pages for project documentation and collaboration
In-depth understanding of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance concepts, products, and market trends
Knowledge of underwriting, claims processing, policy administration, and regulatory compliance in the insurance industry
Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as ACORD
Strong grasp of Scrum principles, practices, and theory
Experience facilitating Scrum events (sprints, sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, etc.)
Ability to coach teams and the organization on Scrum adoption
Proficient in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management
Skill in translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
Experience with backlog grooming, prioritization, and roadmap planning
Strong leadership skills to guide and facilitate the team through the Agile process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and provide pragmatic solutions
Ability to facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Collaborative spirit to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
Certifications in Azure (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) or Atlassian products
