Responsibilities
Conflict resolution within the team.
Conducting deeper dive sessions with stakeholders.
Experience in moving red projects to green status.
Managing project status, risk management, etc.
Hands-on experience with JIRA.
Adapting Agile and SAFe methodologies.
Utilizing traditional project management skills for detailed planning and organizing tasks.
Defect management and change management.
Managing multiple projects as a Scrum Master.
Understanding and implementing Risk & Compliance Management.
Utilizing Confluence & JIRA work management tool.

Required
5-7+ years as a hands-on Scrum Master
Conflict Resolution
Deeper dive sessions with Stakeholders
Experience moving red projects to green
Working knowledge of Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables
Experience with Agile methodology/frameworks
Release Management experience
Project Management experience
Must have prior BofA experience
Hands-on experience working with JIRA
4-5 years of recent experience as a Scrum Master
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a regulated industry (banking, finance, healthcare, etc.)
Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies with the flexibility to adapt these practices
Needs Technical background/knowledge (SDLC and experience with releases to production)
Traditional PM Skills: should have traditional project management (PM) skills, such as detailed planning and organizing tasks
Familiarity with defect management
Experience in change management and problem-solving
Experience managing multiple projects as a Scrum Master
Excellent knowledge & understanding of Risk & Compliance Management (matters requiring attention)
Must have Confluence & JIRA work management tool
Preferred
Prefer Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)) are preferred but not mandatory
Project Management (PMP) certification a plus
Strong Certified Scrum Master with good Project Management Coaching skills
Very good experience in delivering software development projects
Prior experience in Scrum Master role in Agile projects
Experience with Agile methodology/frameworks
Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework a plus
