Responsibilities

Serve as the Scrum Master for two Agile Scrum teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.

Champion Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to Scrum and Kanban principles.

Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Provide technical guidance and coordination on infrastructure security projects, including identity and access management and network security initiatives.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring project transparency and alignment.

Monitor team performance and sprint progress, removing impediments and ensuring timely delivery of sprint commitments.

Balance Scrum Master duties with traditional project management tasks, such as creating project plans, tracking budgets, and reporting progress to leadership.

Work with distributed teams across time zones, accommodating early working hours to align with European colleagues.

Leverage metrics to assess team performance and drive data-informed decision-making.

Required

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, managing multiple Agile teams and demonstrating expertise in Scrum and Kanban.

Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, with a focus on security implementations such as identity and access management and network security.

Exceptional project management skills, including scheduling, scoping, risk management, and financial acumen.

Demonstrates intelligence, adaptability, and outstanding communication skills.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, capable of quick decision-making and assertive action to drive project success.

Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.

Ability to quickly learn technical concepts.
