Responsibilities
Coach, mentor, and train team members in self-management, cross-skilling, process improvement, transparency, data-informed situational awareness, and decision-making.
Guide teams through a maturity journey starting with the foundations outlined in the Scrum Guide, fostering an environment for best engineering practices and compliance.
Partner with the Product Owner to focus on solving the right problems at the right time and building solutions with iterative, experimental, customer-centric, and data-driven activities.
Help formal leaders and stakeholders understand and enact empirical approaches for complex work.
Facilitate the team's progress towards goals, challenge old norms of development practice, and improve performance in quality, predictability, and flow.
Build highly effective teams by focusing on improving team dynamics and performance.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline with minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaling methods such as LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Nexus, SAFe, DA, etc.
Basic Scrum Master certification required (CSM and/or PSM)
Working knowledge with Microsoft SharePoint, Office (Word, Excel), MS Project, Visio and PowerPoint
Ability to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
Preferred
Advanced Scrum Master Certifications preferred (CSP-SM etc.)
ICAgile ICP-ATF and ICP-ACC certifications preferred
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred
Working knowledge of application programming, database, system design, as well as web-based and client/server architectures preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation or ADO is a plus
Scrum Master experience with multiple teams and organizations is preferred
