Responsibilities

Maintain accurate pharmacy data to improve quality measurement scores and patient care.

Perform quality assurance (QA) to ensure the accuracy of backend data in the pharmacy product, EQUIPP®.

Develop and enhance QA frameworks, create test cases, and identify the root cause of bugs.

Review data displayed in the UI using manual test cases and automated Cypress.io tests.

Document new QA processes and communicate issues to stakeholders.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure accuracy across initiatives.

Required

Knowledge of healthcare data, ideally pharmacy data and a desire to learn new skills.
