Responsibilities

Conduct 80-100 daily outbound phone calls to prospective clients.

Sell the Best, Cheapest Product on the Market.

Understand clients' unique challenges and present tailored mortgage processing solutions that leverage AI technology and highly experienced (human) mortgage loan processors.

Follow up with signed customers until they send us their first loan.

Consistently close 10+ new accounts monthly, pushing past sales goals and earning uncapped commission.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to position our solutions as the best in the business.

Required

2-5 years experience in outbound phone sales, making 80+ calls per day.

Comfortable on the phone with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Competitive, hunter, results-driven mindset with a hunger to win.

Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred

Mortgage knowledge and/or experience is a huge plus!

Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is a plus.
