Responsibilities

Work directly with the tax team to prepare and review individual, corporate and partnership tax returns

Collect necessary information and prepare work papers to firm's' standards

Prepare financial statements in Quickbooks and adjust journal entries as needed to support the tax returns

Work with clients on tax projections, tax notice resolution and client communication

Required

Minimum of 5 years' experience preparing and reviewing tax returns; must include specific experience with all types of individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns

Ability to multitask and complete projects ahead of deadlines

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Self starter who is dedicated to following through on multiple projects and responsibilities

Tech savvy; should be familiar with navigating numerous cloud-based software programs (e.g. G Suite, Slack, Zoom, Quickbooks Online)
