Responsibilities
Administers Help Desk tickets and remediation recommendations for the backlog; performs compliance checklist by product type, identifies remediation requirements
Correlates ticket remediation time with type of ticket; document ticket remediation by ticket type
Assess, develop, and manage Help Desk Ticket system; make recommendations for improvements
Work with other team members to provide enhancements for continuous improvement
Identifies commonalities and trends in ticket type; aligning allocations to specific programs and issues to create improvements
Consolidates Deque product scan reports to identify remediation challenges, document findings
Communicate finding with stakeholders to address challenges and issues
Prepares reports for program team to escalate challenges and issues
Identifies and communicates impacts of challenges to program success, prepare risk documentation
Creates reporting documentation to the Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC)
Demonstrated experience working with various 508-specific tools available on the open market

Required
Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience; or 2 additional years’ experience in lieu of degree
Trusted Tester v5 certification (or equivalent)
5-10+ years of experience testing systems and applications (desktop and mobile) required
5-10+ years of experience remediating Adobe PDF
Advanced to expert use of tools such as ANDI, NVDA, JAWS, Colour Contrast Analyzer and ability to manually inspect when such tools are not available
Ability to communicate orally and in writing with varying levels of stakeholders (internal and external) clearly and effectively
Ability to collaborate easily with others in a remote working environment
Experience in defect management including hosting review sessions to customers to describe the defect and identify path to remediations
Understanding of Agile processes
US citizenship
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
