Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for Genea Security customers, building strong, trust-based relationships to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Proactively identify and pursue expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts to expand Genea’s footprint and maximize customer value.
Understand each client’s unique needs, security goals, and challenges, tailoring Genea’s security solutions to meet those needs effectively.
Stay current on Genea Security’s product offerings, updates, and industry trends, positioning our solutions effectively against competitors.
Partner with sales, product development, and marketing teams to develop account-specific strategies that support expansion and revenue growth.
Track and report on sales activities, forecasting accurately, and maintaining visibility into growth opportunities across your assigned accounts.
Assist with the renewal process by highlighting Genea’s value, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Act as an escalation point for more complex renewals, working to resolve issues and ensure a seamless renewal experience.

Required
3+ years of account management, sales, or business development experience in SaaS, security, or technology industries, preferably within B2B sales.
Demonstrated success in driving expansion and upsell initiatives, with a consultative sales approach.
Strong customer relationship skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying growth opportunities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex security solutions clearly and persuasively.
A team player with a proven ability to work cross-functionally, leveraging internal resources to deliver customer value.
Self-motivated with a drive for results, able to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Preferred
Familiarity with access control, security systems, IoT or related technology is a plus.
