Responsibilities
Administration and maintenance of prime and subcontract DD254s and associated database.
Assist in maintaining Security files and records. Monitor records retention schedules and disposition sensitive materials in accordance with established schedules.
Develop knowledge of the 32 CFR Part 117/NISPOM.
Provide assistance during required internal security self-inspections and Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)/Customer Security Assessments.
Become familiar with FOCI restrictions, mitigation agreements, and operations under DCSA directed agreements (e.g., SSA, AOP, ECP, TCP., etc.) and provide administrative support, when necessary.

Required
Must be actively enrolled in college or university seeking an AA or BS degree in Criminology, Security Management, or a Technical field
Must be well organized, self-motivated, willing to work in a team environment, be able to prioritize tasking and perform in a multi-tasked and dynamic environment
Strong communication skills (oral and written), customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficient competency level with Microsoft Office Suite programs
Ability to work with minimal supervision, detail oriented
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and integrity
Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures
Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance
Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role
Preferred
Ability to read and interpret DoD and company regulations
Compilation of data and statistical analysis
DoD FOCI-related security experience
