Responsibilities

Maintain records of returned laptops throughout their 90-day forensic analysis holding period, ensuring proper chain of custody and timely processing.

Assist senior analysts in investigating and documenting potential insider threats, including analyzing access logs, email content, and other relevant data sources to identify suspicious activity or policy violations.

Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing findings from investigations, outlining potential risks, and recommending appropriate mitigation actions.

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Familiarity with computer forensics, data analysis, and/or security incident response.

Understanding of insider threat risks, indicators, and mitigation strategies.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a high degree of integrity and professionalism.

Knowledge of and proficiency in a variety of tools and technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Office 365, Azure Security Center, Azure DevOps, and Power BI.
