Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, standards, and regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
Implement and maintain security controls to protect information assets.
Develop and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures.
Conduct internal and external security audits to evaluate the effectiveness of security controls.
Respond to security incidents and breaches, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for staff.
Monitor security systems and logs to identify potential threats and incidents.
Work closely with other IT and security teams to integrate security measures across all systems.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of security policies, procedures, and incidents.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and others.
Adhere to industry standards such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, and others.

Required
Must have 5 years or more experience in the cybersecurity domain
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and others
Adhere to industry standards such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, and others
Preferred
Preferred bachelor's degree or higher in the field of IT or Cybersecurity
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Certification
