Responsibilities

Need for "Sys Admin" for remote mgmt of security cameras-proactive viewing, monitoring, health check and oversee cameras through Ocularis systemHealth check 2x/month, remote assessment, and potentially do break/fix

Support/POC for a user (like PD) when they recognize something is wrong.

Support plan, ticket system, SLA when more is needed than remote On-campus police force does some of this but trying to be proactive for managing and replacing cameras.
