Responsibilities

Liase with external audit firm(s) as well as partnering with control stakeholders to obtain and provide requested information to help achieve project milestones;
Work with control stakeholders to understand changes to control environment and how that may impact the scope of SOC reporting;
Ensure alignment of SOC control reporting to documented controls in the system of record, refreshing the data when necessary, but at least annually;
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on how to address control deviations, remediation, as necessary;
As time permits, this individual may be asked to provide assistance with testing business owned controls as well.

Required

BS or BA degree required
Ideal candidate has audit experience in public accounting or internal audit, including background in Information Technology
Excellent analytical, client service, time management, and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and manage projects in fast paced environment
Proficiency in evaluating and testing internal controls
Proficiency in Excel
Deadline and detail orientated

Preferred

Capital Markets / Investment Banking domain experience preferred
Preferred industry experience includes Financial Services, Banking and/or Insurance
