Responsibilities

Handle all meaningful project processes such as: platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work-effort estimation, and hands-on sophisticated development.

Assist in leading Requirements workshops and design discussions for Security & Risk projects, collaborating on both ServiceNow and Security & Risk standard processes.

Attend, participate, and occasionally lead Scrum meetings.

Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team.

Fulfill Project´s technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality contributing with assignments, follow up and mentorship to Junior / Mid developers.

Fulfill technical design guidance within our projects following ServiceNow standard methodologies.

Ensures Project Lead receives timely updates on work you're doing to facilitate frequent and proactive customer communication.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes as well as the maturing of the different portfolios, capabilities, expertise, and standard methodologies in consideration of Customer needs and requirements.

Fill technical or process roles in our projects, if needed.

Lead, educate, mentor and coach the resources who are assigned to their projects.

Assist in the scoping of new opportunities, design tools and techniques to deliver efficiently.

Act as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a project.

Required

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or the Sciences

Professional Certification

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Certified Application Developer

2+ Security & Risk ServiceNow CIS Certifications

Experience showcasing proficiency in 2 additional product lines outside of Security & Risk

Has a high-level of understanding in scripting and app development, including familiarity with web services, API’s and mobile application design

ServiceNow AND JavaScript scripting is required
