Responsibilities

Build and advance our engineering security controls automation charter at Netflix.

Design and deliver reliable software that helps scalably resolve our most impactful security risks.

Work cross-functionally with other teams across Netflix Security Engineering and Platform Engineering to drive impactful change and risk reduction.

Required

Strong experience in software development and delivery - our team primarily writes in Python – bonus points for PySpark experience

Proven ability to drive security engineering solutions and reduce security risk at scale

Proven history of shaping and delivering thoughtful end-to-end software solutions

Proven ability to communicate complex technical issues cross-functionally

Experienced with wrangling data into insights, and love to dig into the hard questions

Familiar with overall system design and architecture, and passionate about progressively improving software
