Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage Zscaler cloud security solutions, including ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX.

Migrate existing Palo Alto firewalls to Zscaler, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.

Configure and maintain Zscaler security policies, access controls, and threat protection profiles.

Integrate Zscaler with Azure Logscale for centralized log management and analysis.

Utilize Azure expertise to facilitate Entra tenant separations for enhanced security and compliance.

Troubleshoot and resolve Zscaler-related issues, escalating to vendors when necessary.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of Zscaler with existing infrastructure and applications.

Stay up to date on the latest Zscaler features, best practices, and security threats.

Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Zscaler configurations and processes.
