Responsibilities
Self- Generate ALL of your leads and business.
Excel in originating first mortgage originations, building and maintaining strong relationships ensuring a consistent flow of referrals and opportunities for home loan origination.
Networking is a key strength, as you’ll strategically tap into various channels to source new business.
You’ll possess an entrepreneurial mindset, constantly seeking new ways to identify prospective clients, nurture leads, and close deals.

Required
At least two (2) years of self-sourced leads, generating first mortgage originations and closing loans.
Relevant experience in home financing origination with a deep understanding of the mortgage process from start to finish.
Solid understanding of modern and effective selling skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and provide exceptional customer service, guiding borrowers through every step of the loan process with transparency and expertise.
Successfully registered with the NMLS as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
Thorough knowledge of mortgage lending federal and state laws, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines, and loan origination/automated underwriting systems.
Strong presentation and selling skills, with experience in building relationships with real estate agents, businesses, and other referral sources.
Willingness to undergo thorough background checks, credit checks, and drug screening.
Preferred
Preferably one (1) year of outside sales, self-generating leads experience.
