Responsibilities
Strategic SEM Development: Collaborate with the NKP Leadership Team to create a scalable SEM process for our agency and clients.
Client-Focused Solutions: Translate clients' business goals into measurable paid media strategies, driving leads and patient acquisitions.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client relationships, gaining support for NKP’s solutions.
Performance Optimization: Execute and optimize PPC campaigns on Google, Bing, and social media platforms. Develop and implement effective bid, keyword, and targeting strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses, and scale winning strategies. Perform daily operations including bid, keyword, and audience optimization.
Expert Guidance: Act as the go-to expert on paid search best practices.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of paid search experience in an agency or similar setting.
Google Ads Certification.
Complete understanding of SEM principles including keyword research, bid optimizations, and landing page optimization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
Professional demeanor and excellent client interaction skills.
Team player with a collaborative spirit.
Experience running tests to improve campaign performance.
Ability to report on SEM performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Deep understanding of KPI tracking using Google Analytics.
Familiarity with SEM scripts to enhance campaign efficiency.
Proficiency in managing social ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects with confidence.
Excellent presentation and material preparation skills.
Always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
