Responsibilities
Want to be part of a newly launched e-Commerce team and be a member to set the strategy, culture, technology and working norms.
It's a unique chance to be an intrapreneur building something new from the ground up, setting up the foundation while backed by the strength of Walmart and leveraging the assets of the world's largest omni-channel retailer.
To fulfill the charter of this new business initiative, there is need for top notch talent with expertise in supporting the business 24•7.
You will be part of the DevOps and Operations support team for Walmart Business.
The role will require building automation solutions, issue triaging, fixing issues to the root, leading RCAs with clearly defined action items & collaborations with several partner teams to ensure the incident SLAs are met.
The engineer will be required to work functional teams across different time zones.
This member will play a crucial role in achieving the operational excellence goals and key operational matrices (MTTD, MTTE, MTTR) for Walmart Business.
Additionally, the role requires me to work with Security, Platform partners, several cross functional teams to achieve Operational Excellence goals for the area.

Required
DevOps Experience with public cloud (MSFT Azure, AWS, etc.)
Expertise in troubleshooting Continuous Integration/Deployment (Jenkins, Travis CI, Bamboo, Azure Pipelines etc)
Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Packer, Puppet, Ansible etc.)
Security and Network awareness
Problem solving and troubleshooting design and development issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams
Experience working with global teams
Experience in handling and triaging the 24/7 frontline support issues with timely resolutions.
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 5 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related field
