Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D models for characters, environments, props, and other assets according to project specifications and artistic direction.
Develop and maintain detailed texture maps and materials to enhance the realism and visual appeal of 3D models.
Collaborate with game designers, concept artists, and other team members to ensure that models meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Optimize 3D models for performance while maintaining visual fidelity across different platforms.
Lead and mentor junior modelers, providing guidance and feedback to help them develop their skills.
Stay current with industry trends and tools to continually improve modeling techniques and processes.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance project quality and innovation.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics, 3D Modeling, Game Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of professional experience in 3D modeling for games or entertainment.
Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling software such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of modeling, texturing, and shading techniques, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Experience with sculpting tools (e.g., ZBrush) and knowledge of PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows.
Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Knowledge of animation principles and rigging.
Experience with scripting or procedural modeling tools.
