Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of a global ABM strategy, processes, and playbooks.
Employ a data-driven approach to develop 1:1 programs in direct partnership with AEs.
Analyze target accounts to determine the optimal tactic mix, including digital, events, social media, and other effective channels.
Partner directly with Account Executives to implement ABM into account-level pipe gen plans.
Execute programs and monitor/measure results through to pipeline generated.
Use all available data to optimize future results.
Build 'ABM as a service' programs that can be executed at a geo or regional level by Field Marketing.

Required

A minimum of 5 years experience in account based marketing.
Proven track record of planning and executing high-performing, detail-intensive campaigns.
Working knowledge of digital channels and how/when to activate each.
You are creative with a curious mind, always looking to learn new things and never afraid to ask questions.
Experience with tools like 6Sense, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Mutiny, Drift, Postal, Apollo and Salesforce.
Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time.
You are metrics-driven (and like looking at the data!)
Ability to travel occasionally for team offsites

Preferred

Salesforce chops to be able to build dashboards, a nice to have
Some experience working directly with Sales, a nice to have
