Responsibilities
Experience working with IATs (inter-agency teams) that can represent the agency amongst a wide range of global agency partners
Someone who is very polished
Someone detailed and thorough with notes
Someone who understands collaboration while having our agency’s best interests at heart in these discussions
Good in negotiations, good in a room
Can present slides well to senior people
The role will oversee some key pieces
Overarching creative strategy for priority brand Velo
Lead POC between client, Passport (AOR), and our internal teams
Can speak the creative language
Support oversight of the delivery of the digital loyalty program for Camel
Please note this is FMC (cigarettes), but is really a loyalty play to their current consumers. We do not (nor does the client) actively sell cigarettes to anyone who is not a current FMC consumer.
Another project needing IAT experience
Drive the delivery of any assets for media
Primarily creative content delivery
Knowledge of media space, experiential understanding is the priority
Support delivery of strategic presentations
Support in larger planning meetings, delivering content for client’s global/leadership meetings etc.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
7-10 years of experience in account management or a similar role, focusing on experiential marketing and production oversight. An understanding of field execution teams is desirable.
Comfortability with the nicotine space is required.
Proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts.
Strong business development skills, with experience in pitching and winning new business.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Ability to travel as required for on-site activations.
Preferred
A track record of building new and reinventing past experiential programs
Strong presentation skills – both building and delivering
Prior agency experience is preferred
Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to succeed
Business-savvy, looking to learn and grow within a high-performing team
