Responsibilities
Form trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, managing clients and growing accounts
Proactively provide subject matter expertise to clients and internal teams
Leverage consultative sales approach with clients to establish sustainable relationships
Set and communicate appropriate client expectations
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of all things Rhythm including: social, email, and web/mobile marketing design and development processes
Excel at creating stand out decks and other materials for the client, and also be comfortable presenting
Manage multiple projects in parallel
Work with client as appropriate to diagnose and mitigate project risk
Help craft and negotiate contracts and Statements of Work
Effectively coordinate and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Required
Client-facing experience at an agency or startup
Experience or knowledge about digital strategy, digital marketing, content production, and product work
Familiarity with CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Great communication skills
Insatiable curiosity from product to process to people
Excellent attention to detail
Experience managing and mentoring
Ability to work in a flexible environment and be responsive to real-time changes if/when necessary
