Responsibilities
Be the internal point person when it comes to understanding the client’s business, industry, competitors, key drivers, environment, etc.
Relentlessly and proactively work to identify opportunities to bring value to our client’s businesses
Have a deep understanding of client’s objectives and ensure all work and recommendations align
Foster trusting relationships with both senior strategic client contacts as well as junior day-to-day contacts across various departments and provide strategic and tactical guidance
Lead client calls and presentations including one off needs with senior management and be able to have strategic conversations around their business and marketing needs
Proactively develop account plans for each client with a focus on organic growth
Manage project execution to ensure processes are being followed and that projects comply with regulatory requirements
Ensure internal creative and strategy teams have clear direction based on your understanding of the client goals, feedback, and voice and you are able to provide clear feedback
Manage tight deadlines and exceed client expectations with attention to detail and be the point person for quality control before any deliverables are sent to the client
Own project budgets and work with internal accounting on revenue and invoicing to meet financial goals
Lead the creation of all scopes of work, internal decks, and client presentations
Support dedicated Project Manager who is responsible for timelines, client feedback, and internal process
Partner with Client Services team and EVP to improve processes and client service standards

Required
8-10 years of previous agency experience
Work experience in the creative services industry (healthcare is a plus)
Strong understanding of brand strategy, product positioning, and media
Extensive experience with digital marketing channels
Solid understanding of financial concepts and budgets and proven ability to be financially accountable (with client and agency budgets)
Proven track record of increasing client spend, identifying new business opportunities, and networking
Strategic thinker and strong leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, deadline-driven environment
Self-motivated and solution-oriented
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Strong and persuasive presentation and communication skills
Experience with growing relationships across client departments at various levels
This position will require travel to client meetings, possible production, etc.
Preferred
Healthcare and creative advertising experience is a plus
