Responsibilities

Support leadership in delivering outstanding client experiences; managing and adhering to deadlines and leading account management processes including status reports and trackers.

Collaborate with the BX team – and the wider Ruder Finn global network - across select clients and projects.

Support relationships with clients, understanding their needs, expectations, and business objectives.

Engage in media relations activities on behalf of clients, including pitching and media list development.

Monitor relevant media coverage and generate media monitoring reports for clients.

Keep a pulse on news and trends and share with the practice team.

Carry research experience and an ability to distill critical information for teams and clients.

Hold strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize deliverables.

Contribute to the positive and collaborative culture and spirit of our practice.

Support efforts for new business, including research, media monitoring report generation, participation in creative brainstorms, and pitch deck development.
