Responsibilities
Identify and engage with key decision-makers within client organizations, establishing strong and influential connections.
Meet or exceed annual sales targets as presented by sales leadership.
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for strategic accounts to drive revenue growth and maximize client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients with a focus on driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies and plans to achieve revenue and sales goals by researching information about the customer’s business as well as their buying habits. Conduct thorough needs assessment with each customer to understand how they are using Lands’ End products and uncover new sales opportunities and other buyers within the company.
Collaborate with internal teams to generate and qualify leads and create sales opportunities within existing accounts.
Lead the strategic sales process, providing oversight and guidance from the initial contact through negotiation and finalization.
Prepare and deliver custom, tailored presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations that showcase the value of our products and services with the goal of maintaining and expanding within existing accounts.
Understand, build, and own presenting of financial forecasts/objectives for assigned accounts.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics.
Effectively use CRM tools to manage client data and sales pipeline.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
Responsible for P&L performance and analysis for assigned accounts with the goal of increasing profitability.
Provide top-tier customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns with speed and expertise.
Mentor, train, and coach Account Executives, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional growth.

Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in account management and sales.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing revenue goals and enhancing client satisfaction.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Ability to adapt to evolving client needs and dynamic market conditions.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.
Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and all other relevant tools.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Willingness to travel as required.
A genuine passion for mentoring and developing team members.
